		End-User License Agreement For PayoffAssist.com online directory IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This PayoffAssist.com End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between subscriber (either an individual or single entity) and PayoffAssist.com online directory for use of the online service provided by PayoffAssist.com. By accessing the website and entering the account code and password issued to subscriber, subscriber agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA. PRODUCT LICENSE Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect this website and the data contained herein. Access is licensed not sold. This EULA grants subscriber the following rights: Subscriber may use the account code and password issued for site access from ONE OFFICE LOCATION. The annual subscription rate allows to up to Five (5) licenses/users at one office location. We reserve the right to monitor and count the number of times you access the payoffassist.com site over a given period. Subscriber may not resell, assign, share or transfer a subscription. Subscriber agrees to pay all subscription fees and will be held responsible for any unauthorized use of the subscriber's account. SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD Subscription is for one (1) year and must be renewed before the expiration date to maintain uninterrupted access to the service. TERMINATION Without prejudice to any other rights, PayoffAssist.com may terminate this EULA if subscriber fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, the subscriber's account code and password will be de-activated. Account use is monitored. CONDITION OF USE All information contained on PayoffAssist.com is for general reference only. Independent verification by licensee is recommended. PayoffAssist.com does not warrant the information provided and disclaims all liability resulting from its use.
