PayoffAssist collects data from a variety of sources to provide the most accurate information possible. We regularly review state and federal regulatory agencies and trade publications and associations for changes in lender information. We also obtain information directly from lenders and from our customers nationwide.

In addition to the methods discussed above, PayoffAssist Corrections Team contacts all active lenders in our database by phone. This verbal confirmation of contact information is on-going and all lenders are contacted at least once during the calendar year.

If you are unable to locate a lender in our database please contact us. Available to all PayoffAssist customers at no additional charge is our Research Assist service. Through this service, our staff will search for information on the lender you are seeking. All information found will be provided to you via e-mail.

► Can I add lenders to the PayoffAssist Database?
|

|
|
|
|
Yes! If you have new or corrective information on a lender, we are interested in hearing from you. While we work hard to make sure our data is complete and up-to-date, there may be new additions and changes that come to your attention first. Information can be sent to us via e-mail by clicking the "Corrections" button in the search page. All information provided will be confirmed and available in the database for the next time you have to contact that lender.

upfront fees for this service and you will only be invoiced after we have successfully obtained the
